... District Judge Albert Mitchell agreed to allow Double V Ranch owner Richard Evans to sell the herd to a buyer in Pampa, Texas.
At a hearing Thursday, Mitchell approved a plan, proposed by Evans, to sell the entire herd, Rose said.

According to the Albuquerque Journal, a Texas ranch owner has received approval from a judge to purchase all of the cattle on the Double V Ranch.
The previous owner, Richard Evans, is required to reimburse the Livestock Board for all costs involved in feeding and transporting the cattle. The Livestock Board can petition the court to recoup costs, Evans will receive the remaining balance.

e: ... how about building condominiums directly connected to hospitals ... or airports ... one could retire and buy a home on the 17th floor ... with direct access to the hospital on floor 7 ... no ambulance cost ... fastest service possible ... insurance discount ... good for retirees or rock stars ...
... or the parent company could buy a condominium at every major airport their executives frequent ... it'd be better than a penthouse at the ballpark ...... anything like that exist already?

something big is about to happen
e: ... i can feel the silence ... can you feel the silence? ... nobody is saying anything ... the media ... the attorney general's office ... the governor ... the legislature ... the lawyers ... the businesses ... nobody is saying anything about public-private partnerships ... and yet ... charter schools are billing the state for classrooms that the state owns ... animals are being grabbed by the state and held for ransom ... individuals with no criminal complaint are being located by unmanned traffic cameras ...
... and remember, i have a bridge for sale ...
... something big is about to happen ... to change the game forever ... it is as if everybody is simply waiting for it to happen ... the laws are written ... the positions are staffed ... and everybody is just waiting to show it all to you.
... is it the chip? do you have to get micro-chipped come january? or is it a sudden devaluation of the dollar? what is it? do they stop accepting cash? i know ... all cash purchases require a photo taken at the register and printed on the receipt.

A Tucumcari judge on Friday signed a seizure warrant that authorizes the Livestock Board to enter the Double V Ranch to provide food, water and care for the cattle. It also authorizes the state agency to seize and impound the cattle pending a hearing scheduled for June 13.
