pt2 norman (the dogie)

e: ... i've got mama cow and norman (the dogie) in the corral together ... it looks like mama cow is dry ... nothing in her bag ... norman sucks and sucks and gets nothing ...

... i gave mama cow a shot of [xx] that is supposed to help her drop her milk ... and she is currently grubbing on some nice alfalfa hay ... i don't know ... maybe it'll juice her up ...

... norman is getting better at sucking the bottle ... this morning i fed him some goat kid milk replacer that the rancher brought me ... it was what he had ... and norman sucked it right down ... rancher said goat's milk is a little richer than cow's milk ... so i mixed it 75% recommended strength ...

... if norman is on top of the barn one day we will all know why ... (and he is trying to jump over the moon).
