hand grasps (no weights necessary)

e: ... from five fingers wide, close your hand into a fist, then open ... do that as many times as you can ... i doubt you can do a hundred.

... one hundred repetitions of anything will give you a workout ... you don't need weights ... or a gym ... or an instructor ... try doing one hundred shoulder shrugs ... or look from left to right one hundred times ... or, of course, one hundred push-ups ...

... picking up cans: while seated reached down towards the ground between your legs and pick up an imaginary can, closing to fist while pulling up towards shoulder, alternating strokes ... picking up cans ... picking up cans ... picking up cans ... if you earned one penny for every can you picked up, could you survive?

... swimming freestyle: reach over and forward, then down and back ... alternating strokes ... do a hundred reps of that ... swimming freestyle ... swimming freestyle ...

... twist in place ... don't hurry and hurt yourself ... do it in a controlled fashion ... it's the number of reps that matters ... not the resistance ... (anything twisting is called the stripper ... you've seen those tight as a drum waists right?)
