You never explained project gps in your article. How is that a news article?

e,

I agree.  Our web team didn't do a very good job explaining Project GPS.  We will effort a re-write [somebody else] this morning to clarify.  I think our broadcast story  which is included on the web page does an appropriate job explaining.

[newsperson 5],

All your other stories are just as bad. You ever follow up on the 81,000 Albuquerqians who were reported to credit bureaus for not paying those illegal red-light camera tickets? Kiki Garcia [newsperson 6] would be interested to know. [she received a red-light camera ticket]

I don't know why you blame the web team, you are named as the author of the article.

e,

I have already told you we would address the web script. Please don't email me if you have nothing constructive to say.  A web producer [somebody else] wrote the article based on the broadcast script.  That is common practice in this newsroom.  This email should conclude this conversation.

Albuquerque drivers irked over red light ticket fines
apr 13, 2013

“Should I really be concerned? Is this hurting my driving record? My credit? There’s a lot of things to consider when you get a phone call like that,” said [KOB FM’s Kiki Garcia].
