e: ... we got another bull calf today ... we would have had two more but i guess one died at birth ... it had no obvious signs of trauma but was definitely dead ... i took it out to bone hill in the north pasture ...
... i put some hay out for everybody so that they would stay away from the new mama cow and calf while they ate their bit too ... even after eating the hay, mama cow still ate the afterbirth once it fell ... yyyyyuuuccckkk ...
... i heard that tom cruise did the same thing.
