The New Mexico Heritage Preservation Alliance is expanding its list of endangered cultural properties.

The organization will be adding to the list [endangered cultural properties] the plains of San Augustin in southern New Mexico, the Masonic Temple Center in Santa Fe and a historic lodge at Conchas Dam when it meets for an annual conference this week in Portales.

e: ... the plains of San Augustin is not an individual property ... it is not a site ... and it is not public land ... it is an area of private ranches ... the plains of San Augustin is no more an historic property than the San Mateo mountains.

... listing the San Augustin plains as an endangered cultural property is the first move towards a collective benefit claim ... and the state providing the muscle for the ppp ... meaning, the state will change the laws against the interest of the ranchers so that the ppp can exist ... this is fascism.
