... like when the slogan is "don't drink and drive" ...

... the police ppp is called connect ...
... random checkpoints are legal ...
... random frisking is legal ...
... and yet alcohol sales are legal at bars and restaurants ...
... it's a trap.
... like when the bank charges a monthly service fee for a checking account ... so you lose money ... and then there is a state sales tax on the monthly fee ... it's a double negative.
